Refunds & Returns Policy

At The NexHaus, we want you to shop with total confidence. If something isn’t quite right, our return process is designed to be simple and hassle-free.


1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this time frame.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • If you're returning an item for any other reason (such as a change of mind), return shipping will be your responsibility.

3. Items That Arrive Damaged or Defective
If you receive an item that’s broken or not working properly, please notify us within 30 days. We’ll arrange return shipping at no cost to you. Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll either issue a full refund—including your original shipping fee—or send a replacement at no extra charge.

4. Changed Your Mind?
No problem! If you decide the item isn't right for you, you can send it back within 30 days, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. You’ll be responsible for return shipping. Once the item is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund for the product, minus the original shipping costs (if applicable).

5. How Refunds Work
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm the status. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that some banks or credit card providers may take additional time to post the funds to your account. If you haven’t seen the refund within 10 business days, feel free to contact us at support@thenexhaus.com.

In certain cases, a restocking fee may apply. If so, we’ll let you know during the return process.
